
Ryan Kenny is Manager of the Western Region in State Affairs for the American Chemistry Council, the major trade association representing the U.S. chemicals and plastics industry. In this capacity, he is responsible for the formulation and implementation of political grassroots programs on the local level, coalition development, and industry representation at legislative hearings and other public events.
Prior to joining ACC, Ryan served as an aide to members of the state senate and congress; directed the operations in Riverside County for a major statewide campaign; worked for a public relations firm on local government projects; served on numerous other political campaigns; and worked for a multi-national corporation in the private sector.
Ryan holds a master’s degree in Public Administration from Cal Poly Pomona, and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Economics from California State University, Fullerton. He lives in Sacramento with his wife, Heather.
